Using of computer fishing trainer for studying the "Commercial fishery" course

The application problems of the complex trainer RPРў-2000 for the course "Commercial fishery" on the example of the theme "Trawl Calibration" practical training have been considered. Using the beforehand written script the cadets carry out the trawl calibration and plot some graphs. On the basis of the obtained graphs they find calibration dependences and carry out their analysis when defending the practical training.

Optimality of correlation in the socio-technical system of management of the vessel secure exploitation

The models of correlation between navigation hardware and a navigator as well as a navigator and a management object in the socio-technical system of the vessel secure exploitation management have been constructed. The ratios permitting to estimate the efficiency of the given correlation have been obtained. The correlation increases organization and efficiency of the process of the vessel secure exploitation management as a whole at simultaneous minimization of navigator informational load.

Organization of socio-technical system providing the set level of the vessel secure exploitation

The paper considers the socio-technical system "Watch" defined in the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping of Vessel Personnel (STCW-95) and its Codes. The system is intended for maintenance of the set level of the vessel secure exploitation. The authors have researched the conditions when the system appears to be operated, observable and stable.
